i tried the 38% hi-intensity gel after using 16% gel I had been buying from my dentist for years. Wow, what a difference. Much more comfortable, and almost instantly brightened my teeth. The dispenser is so precise, it is almost impossible to use too much! I am very satisfied, and will continue to use this product.
